Participation is at your own risk: The organization is not liable for damage to persons, property, equipment, or vehicles of any kind. Please respect each other’s vehicles and property.
Access / Parking / Camping: The event staff will assign parking and camping spaces. This is primarily to ensure a smooth and orderly filling of the grounds. Please make sure that tent and parking spaces are left clean and tidy as they were found.
Alcohol: Visitors are not allowed to bring their own alcohol or consume it on the premises. Alcohol will not be sold to individuals under 18 years old. It is prohibited for persons aged 18 or older to give alcohol to individuals under 18.
Animals: Dogs are generally allowed on the premises. However, they must always be kept on a leash. Please do not leave any waste behind. The organization reserves the right to refuse entry to an animal if order and safety cannot be guaranteed.
Cleanliness / Waste: There are enough trash bins and waste stations available on the grounds. Please make use of these and do not leave trash carelessly. We ask for special attention to glassware, as it can cause serious damage to people and/or vehicles. Sanitary facilities are available on-site. Please leave them clean for the sake of general hygiene and the size of the event.
Portrait Rights / Photography:
Visitors of this event agree that photos and/or videos will be taken during the event. The organization reserves the right to use these photos and/or videos without restrictions for promotional purposes, as well as on social media and for commercial activities, including advertisements in printed media. If you do not wish for your image to be used, you must notify the organization in writing by registered mail within 7 days after the event.
Flyering / Distribution of Flyers:
It is possible to request permission from the organization to distribute brochures or flyers [contact@miatasatsummertime.eu]. Distributing brochures or flyers on the premises is not permitted to prevent environmental pollution.
Open Fire:
Cooking and gas barbecuing are allowed. The use of open flames is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may lead to exclusion and removal from the event. Fire extinguishers are available at the main building, info stand, and entrance.
Traffic:
The premises are only accessible to participating Mazda MX-5, Miata, and Eunos vehicles. Other vehicles may be parked in the visitors’ parking area. This also applies to bicycles and motorcycles. The traffic regulations apply throughout the entire site. Driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs is strictly prohibited! For the safety and quiet of the camping area, please minimize the use of vehicles in general. To avoid endangering other visitors, please keep to walking speed! Burnouts and/or drag racing on or near the event grounds are strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will lead to immediate exclusion and removal from the event. Vehicles must not block paths (emergency exits) or make entrance/exit routes unusable. Use designated areas for parking.
For driving on the event grounds:
- It is not allowed to have more than two persons in a vehicle (overloading).
- All passengers must be seated in the available seats.
- Riding on sills, doors, trunks, or hoods is not allowed.
- Only limited-speed driving (walking speed) is allowed.
Entering and driving on areas not designated for this purpose is not allowed!
Violating these rules may lead to exclusion from the event.
Quiet Hours:
From 00:00 hours onwards, quiet hours must be observed daily. This means that after this time, engines may not be started, and loud music must not be played. No parties are allowed after this time.
Generators:
Self-supplied generators are not allowed.
Theft:
The organization is not responsible for theft. Visitors are reminded to take all usual precautions to prevent theft.
Dismantling of Vehicles / Race Cars:
Dismantling or dismantling motor vehicles is not allowed. Our staff is instructed to place vehicles that are clearly intended to be dismantled and/or destroyed during the event in a designated, secured area until the end of the event. Race cars and other non-registered vehicles may only move on the premises after approval from the organization.
Other:
Flying or operating remote-controlled aircraft (especially drones) is not allowed without prior permission from the organization. Flying above people or crowds is never allowed! The possession or use of soft or hard drugs is prohibited. Detection of this is grounds for removal from the event grounds and exclusion from the event.
Violations:
In the case of repeated violations or misconduct towards staff and volunteers, exclusion and/or removal from the event will occur. If necessary, local authorities will be notified.
When leaving the grounds, please drive calmly and controlled. We hope to make this event possible again next year.
